Katrine Riisberg

In my previous roles, I’ve worked with strategy, communications and partnerships – most recently at Danish Industry, where I led the startup activities. I bring strong communication skills and a broad network across startups and industry. What really drives me is supporting passionate and ambitious founders on their growth journey.

Victor Villesen

Before joining Delphinus Venture Capital, I worked as a prop trader at InCommodities, one of the world’s fastest-growing trading companies, and previously as an investment analyst at M+ Invest. I’m particularly fascinated by founders with strong drive, deep curiosity and a high level of commitment, and who are genuinely ambitious about what they want to build.

Mathias Brink Lorenz

I’ve spent the past 15 years in financial roles across venture capital, M&A and investment banking. My heart lies in VC, where working with founders is what drives me. It’s rewarding to support teams with strong visions and a desire to make a difference, and I hope to add value through my experience and network across Europe.

Magnus Theil Olsen  

I’ve worked across investment banking, venture capital, and in an operational role at a venture-backed startup. This has given me a solid understanding of both the investor perspective and the realities of building early-stage companies. I’m particularly interested in early-stage technology and motivated by working closely with founders and supporting them as they scale their businesses.

Rasmus Sørensen

I’m currently pursuing my MSc in Finance and International Business at Aarhus BSS while working as a Junior Analyst at Delphinus. I bring strong financial and analytical skills and a curiosity for early-stage innovation. I’m motivated by contributing to investments in founders solving real-world problems.
